Josiah and Ray were so patient and helpful taking out things and also helped me figure out my power recliner after a very rough 2 weeks. And Josiah was so patient when the credit card was not working from the bank. Very great and would recommend!

My Mom passed away at the beginning of the month. I flew in from out of state to close up the apartment and settle her affairs. She didn't have a ton of stuff, just a small one bedroom apartment. My family took some of it. We took the small stuff to St. Vincent's and Agrace is taking most of the furniture.....YET, there is always some things that none of the charity shops will take. I don't know why, but no one will take TVs, TV stands, mattresses....I spent hours and hours calling every place that I could think of. I was running out of time and getting pretty despondent. With a heavy heart I called 1-800-gotjunk thinking that these totally usable pieces were headed to a landfill. To my amazement I got an appointment right away. I could have had everything picked up the same day but opted for the next day. My knights in shining armor, Nate and August drove up in their big truck to save the day! They were very clear about the time they would arrive. When they got here they explained that the company did everything in it's power to donate the things they picked up (mom's mattress was a top notch brand and had never been used) and if they couldn't donate something they recycled the rest! I was relieved that it wasn't going to the dump! Nate and August were polite and efficient. They explained the pricing clearly. They even did me a small favor by opening a cupboard I couldn't reach. I highly recommend 1-800-GotJunk....and if you're lucky, you will get Nate and August to pick up your unwanted stuff!
