Chris and Brandon were amazing. They drove in a snow storm, loaded the truck and was careful to ensure walls and doors were safe. They reached out the day of to introduce themselves, review process and were very polite. Would use these two gentlemen again. I know we will use this company again.

First time using 1-800 got junk today. I had old furniture, cabinets and other fixtures in my basement for years because didn't know how to get rid of it and I wasn't dragging it all to the curb. 1-800 got junk, arrived on time in a blizzard. East side of Cleveland. Chris and Brandon we're amazing. They estimated the pricing very quickly, loaded the truck and drove it back through the snow to their location to drop off and then return for a second truckload... pretty much on time. They carried everything out from my basement and, with all of the snow, we're able to somehow not leave any mess for me to clean up. The price at the end was exactly as estimated and we agreed upon. Total time for loading the truck twice was under 60 minutes. They're careful not to damage anything while moving large items out. I can't speak to the cost of this service compared to anything else but I feel that I definitely received the service that I paid for. For Two Gentlemen to come into my home and remove items that have been taken of space for years, and for it to be done in a professional and polite manner was exceptional. Peace of mind is priceless and not having to risk injury or frustration or risking friendships by asking friends for help and only offering pizza and a beer as compensation is just not worth it anymore. I will be using the 1-800 got junk again in the future and will be happy to see that truck leave my driveway and have a whole new space in my home start living in
