Picked up two old sofas for my mom, broke down pricing before starting- professional and quick as it could be. Only constructive feedback I have is that the 1-800 number should be more transparent when it comes to the cost, they don’t ask the right questions off the bat which makes a difference. Both Carl and Karl were great overall.
