Fast and easy

First time with 1-800-GOT-JUNK. Amazing experience! Jonathan and Charles worked overtime to get my 20 year old fluffy microfibre love seat and couch out of my apartment door. The couch was extremely difficult but they made it down two flights of stairs and squeezed it onto the next available elevator. It took almost a hour. They’re very friendly, patient, and made it work! Highly recommend this service. I’ll definitely be using them again!

I booked and the team got busy with larger loads…. They called and let me know what was happening and when they realized it would be an issue they swapped crews and made it no problem. Both crews were great to communicate with.
